I am the resident Flat owner of abovementioned Society. I am declared deemed member by the Asst Registarar of the Society . However , society has filed appeal with Joint Registrar and Joint registarar has ordred both the parties to maintain status -quo till next hearing.

Society is regualrly rasing demand notice on me for monthly maintainance charges which I have been paying regularly. It includes servcie charges of Rs 300/- . Society has hired the Secuirty servcies owned in the name of his spouse which found to be illegal i.e without secuirty licence required from police ( found through RTI)
the secuirty firm has not complied with the provisions of Private Secuirty agency Act 2005.

Some 8 months back I have asked for some information from Secretary of the Society regarding secuirty servcies provided by the Society to me . Till now Sicety has not provided information to me . Morever replied that it is administarive matter and I being not the member has no business to ask such information.

I send three reminders to the Society followed by notice mentioning deficency of service and asked for the refund of money collected from me towards providing secuirty servcie.

Yet Society has not provided me information nor refunded me money .

I feel my I am a consumer as Society has received a consideration from me for which I have payment recipts as proof and hence privity of contract exist .

I being the beneficiary of service can I make a secuirty firm whose servcies were hired by the Society , a party to dispute alongwith the Society.
