Deforst not working

Hi,

I had purchased Samsung Fridge RA19YBMS W/S HELF 190 L on 9.8.2009.
After that I have been having continuous while defrosting the fridge. The water is getting accumulated even after Defrost. We have to clear the water manually every alternate day.

We have been complaining every 2 weeks to samsung customer care. BP No. 8411335973. Around 10 engineers have visited the place. They all say the mechanism is itself defective. They all make temporary repair and vanish.

I cannot stand any more convenience. Would like to request for a permanent solution to this problem either by repair or replacement.

Kindly act on my complaint asap. Such bad service is not expected from such a reputed company.
