Dear Sir/Madam: Please note in the column “Brand Name” I did not found the name of “Deja-Vu Trends” and as this field is compulsory I put it as Tradus.com. Kindly change it to “Deja-Vu Trends” This with regards to above mentioned company “Deja-Vu Trends” a subsidiary of IBS Bespoke Solutions Pvt Ltd. This company promises same day dispatch for products purchased and promises secure delivery. I bought one mobile phone through this company’s website on 4/1/2014 Wide invoice #100000819 and bill #100002242 and paid Rs. 13047/-. I did not get the product dispatch information even after 4 days and then onward I wrote several emails and every time they wrote “we are processing and the product will be shipped as soon as possible”. I made several requests to cancel the order and to refund the amount, but for this also they gave the same reply. I tried calling several times but no one lifts the phone. Kindly help me out in getting my money back. I am herewith attaching the bill copy and the emails I received from Deja-Vu Trends
