ONLINE PURCHASE OF MOBILE PHONE Name of Complainer : SHASHANK SUMAN Complaint Against : Deja-Vu Trends Details: Mobile phone- Micromax Canvas Magnus A117 (Blue) for value of Rs.12,631.00 purchase order was placed with order no #100007213 (placed on 3 February 2014 15:06:45 IST, please refer attached INVOICE) Payment made through online payment. Delivery of product was to be done within 3 working days.

After one week upon telephonic conversation, executive confirmed that product is not available and refund will be made. Several attempts made further to contact DEJA-VU TRENDS customer care for refund status.(Refer call records attached) Customer care executive advised every-time refund will be made by week end or by end of the day. Reason for delay conveyed is ,”We have forwarded your details to the higher authorities and the refund is in the process.” (Refer attached mail from Deja-Vu Trends) Even after 60 plus days refund has not been made and there is no proper confirmation about the same from the company.
