Dear Sir, I did online shopping for 2TB hard disk through my Debit Card from website ”DEJA VU TRENDS” (http://dejavutrends.com) on 12/1/2014… the payment method was EBS Payment Gateway and it was for IBS BESPOKE SOULT_EBS/SBIPG/IBS BESPOKE SOULT_EBS, they had promised to dispatch the item the very same day itself..but its 26 th day now and my product is not shipped till now..when ever I contact them a new customer care officer gave the same dreaded response, “Processing”! I told them I will take legal action against them but they kept singing the same tune… its cost 7,681 rupees. My order number is 100003643.

I attached my purchase order. Please help me in this. Now I came to know about this website, as many peoples are suffering with the same situation.
