I have booked a sony srs d9 multimedia speaker system on 15/02/2014 in daj vu trends,but i didn’t get the product,so i cancelled the product after one month,but i didn’t get the refund till now. My Invoice #100003193 for Order #100009370 please do needful action.

I had made an online purchase on 27th Feb 2014 of Rs.19411 and paid through American Express credit card for a Samsung Mobile Phone. when the merchant was not able to deliver the order on time then i had asked to cancel the order and initiate the refund. their customer support guy sent me a email on MArch 21st 2014 regarding the cancellation and stating that the refund will take maximum 10 days to reflect to my account, but till date no refund received and the worst part they have stopped replying on emails and their toll free no. mentioned on the website is out of service. this is a serious cyber crime many customers are cheated bu this merchant.
