Deja-Vu Trends – ustomer support is harassing me with false commitments

I have purchased one Mobile through online marketing from Deja-Vu Trends Order Date: 18 December 2013 amounting Rs14,242.00 and have already paid through credit card.Since after lapse of considerable period, regularly chasing for arranging shipment of 100% genuine product, but since 18th the customer support is harassing me with false commitments and proper consumer service is not provided.

Monetary damage Rs. 14242/- and physical damage lost of time valued 15000/- from last 10 days approx and other business valued 100000/- due to non receipt of hand set in time.

I want immediate delivery and monetary compensation of 115000/- for lost of time, mental harassment and loss of regular business due to non delivery in time occurred for bad trade practice and non compliance of service requests.
