This is to bring to your notice that my order number 100012302(micromax canvus 4 A210 Grey) has been placed on February 24th, 2014 from Dejavu website by online payment of INR 12999-/-. After several fake promises they were not able to ship my product. Even after constant reminders Déjà vu Trends was unable to ship my order. Despite many promises by the customer support executives, there have been no shipment details of the product even after a month. hence, they cancelled my order on their own and provide me the following transaction Id,Refunded Via EBS Transaction ID:60275604 Payment ID :: 23335946. I traced this transaction number in my bank and was surprised to know that Deja vu had generated fake transaction details for my refund. I didn’t receive any refund till the date now. Also, the customer support executives are irresponsible and ill-mannered to talk with. If any one can provide me the leads in order to nab Deja vu management guys or, can provide me any solution, It would really be fine. Kindly, help me out.
