Fraud website: www.dejavudrends.com. Takes the order via credit card on 22nd Feb 2014 and 23rd Feb 2014. On continuous followup, never delivered. Always shows order in process. Asked for refund on 5th March now states that the refund is in process. Please help for refund and create a system for such fraudulent website companies

Refund of my amount payed (19523.74 & 5669.59) and losses on transaction amounting to rs 3800.
