Dejavutrends – cancelled my order refund not received

ello Sir/ Madam I tried to purchase a Mobile phone from Dejavu trends website on 1st March 2014 due to there non fullfillment of shipping within the stipulated time i cancelled my order on 24th March as per there web site the money should be refunded in 7-10 working days but they told me it will take 15 working days but still they have not refunded the money. I request you to help me they took my Account number and told me that ibespoke payment gateway is taking time so they will transfer the money in my account but still i have no updates on the same i request you to help me as unnecessary i have to interest to my credit card when actually i am not suppose to. I am attaching the invoice copy for your reference. I also want to bring it to your notice that i spoke to Sharon who is senior and after having the word with her she assured me call back on the status on my payment but it’s almost more than a week and when i ask the call center they all say she is not there and she is not free to talk customers like us. It’s such a shameless company they don’t even respect there customer. Please guide me whether should i move to consumer court for the same as i am in bangalore so it will be difficult for me to travel mumbai due to my official commitments.

I need my money back at any cost its my hard earned money not black money.
