On 23rd January, 2014 I purchased a Samsung D3 Station external hard drive, with order no. 100005810, for an amount of Rs. 8,228/- from www.dejavutrends.com on-line shopping website. The payment of the said order was done through credit card. To my dismay, I have not received the product till date. Further, the status of my product is still showing as “Processing” on the company website. Moreover, when I contacted and mailed the customer care of the company, I got the same response. Each time they falsely assured that the product will be delivered within a week but the same never happened.
Given the above sequence of events, I request you to deliver the product so ordered or refund me the entire amount of Rs. 8,228/-. In addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 15,000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me
