On 13th March 2014 i ordered internal hard disk for my computer in eCommerce website called as ” Dejavutrends” : dejavutrends.com .I made payment of Rs 3489 through net banking. This transaction is made by ebs payment gateway(www.ebs.in).As per their invoice promised me to order within 7-10 working days. ISSUE: I dint get the product till now.When i contact customer care no one responding the call and tried many times.I sent mails to their support but not responding properly may be it is automated mails. When i request to cancel the order they are not doing so.Finally i called ebs pament gateway for refund request they also said there are many complaints regarding that website merchant,so they sent refund message to dejavu merchant.But till now no progress. After search on online i found many customers flood with complaints against that merchant. I felt that merchant is holding money for long time and neither shipping the product nor refunding the amount for long period. I have all related proofs regarding transaction and i provide and support to you at any time.I request you take strong action against such website merchants. Many people were cheated by this merchant.

I demand Refund our money and book criminal case.
