I cancelled my order (ORDER no- #100003276, on 10 January 2014) because they failed to ship even after 3 wk. I not refunded back till now (12 March,2014)even after 6 wks of cancelling the order. I contacted customer care for atleast 10 times. All the time they said “It will be solved in next 3-4 days”. but it never happened. Now, they are not receiving my call!!!

I want immediate refund from them. Please help.
