DejaVuTrends Online Shopping – No Refund – No Product

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Trend S7392(Midnight black) on 4 February 2014, Order #100007302 and also a
AMD FX 8350 processor on 28 January 2014, Order #100006403 from DejaVutrends. Its been around four months now and I have neither received my order nor the refund for the same.

Initially when it took longer than required for the delivery of the products, I contacted Dejavu through both email and phone and they said the went out of stock due to huge response to the promotional offer and that they will deliver it within the next week, This went on for more than a month with me calling every week and getting the same response. Eventually I got frustrated and asked for cancelling the order and also a refund of the amount paid. To this the representative said they cannot cancel the order and that I wait for another 2 days and he will surely deliver the goods. Ofcourse that didnt happen.

When I called again, enraged about what was going on and wanted to cancel the order, the representative said he cant cancel the order and that he doesnt have the authority to do so. I wanted to speak to someone who had the authority and asked for the same. to this he replies they are not there at the moment. After a one sided heated argument he placed the order on hold (as it is seen in the deja vu account) and said it will take around 20 days for the refund. The deadline for those twenty days was 4th April and today after around two months I still haven’t received my money back. In addition to this they have suspended my support account which had all my queries and their replies.
