I had ordered “iBall SoundWave 2 Multimedia 2.0 Speaker” through my ICICI debit card from website ”dejavutrends.com” on 13/03/2014, Order ID:100017484 and it costs Rs. 375. In the site they had promised to dispatch the item the very same day itself. But its already 2 months now and my product is not even shipped and it’s showing ‘processing’ When i called no one is answering the call and 2 Customer telephone numbers are out of service. Then i contacted through their mail support system and they are telling me to wait and be patient every time. Please do something about this. Thanks and Regards, Suresh Mathew
