Sir,I placed an Order #100019xxx on 24 Mar 2014, product name-SONY 4.1 Speakers, online at “Dejavutrends” and made payment of Rs. 4,845.00 through netbanking and I used a promocode “COLOURTREND” for Rs. 700.00 discount. I have been told that your item will be dispatched in 7-10 business days as I used above mentioned promocode, otherwise all products are subjected to same day dispatch as stated on their site.18 business days passed. while I was communicating to them through customer support mail fro four times,every time they replied that “I appreciate your time and patience,We are trying our best to ship your product as soon as possible, I would request you to please give us some time”. And further I asked them for approximate date of dispatch and they had no answer.I mailed them to contact me through phone at least one time and they are not even bother about that also.

I want the item to be dispatched immediately without any delay, otherwise they should refund my amount along with interest and compensation. I don’t know about compensation and all for wasting my precious time awaiting my product. If possible let them pay compensation for that also.
