I have orderd “Seagate Backup Plus 1 TB External Hard Disk” with quantity of 7. For which, I have paid Rs. 30,968.00 in Deja-vu-trends online shopping site. Its been 2 & half months and I have not received my products. When I requested for a cancellation, they said money will be refunded soon. Till now, no response from them again. Here I am attaching the invoice copy and my CC statement Please help me in this regard.
