Dear Sir/Madam I purchases a Samsung mobile(oder no. 100018556) through http://dejavutrends.com/ on 19/03/2014 in Rs 4956 INR by state bank of patiala through net banking . As per company policy i will get my mobile in 7 to 10 days but till today my mobile is not shipped to me. When i calling to company customer care 180030001177 they said your mobile is shipped in next day & they are repeated the same sentence at every time when i call to inquiry regarding my shippment. And till now i does not get my mobile Here i am attched company order e mail & payments confirmation mail throuth EBS in ms word file. For your kind cooperation i highly obliged for you.
