I had purchased a laptop on 9th march for 16,787.47 order no 100016344 and had paid the amount through my SCB credit card . I had cancelled the same and on 16 march I got confirmation from MR David regarding the cancellation . I was told that the refund would take 10 to 15 working days but still I have not received the refund.I called up their call centre and they are very hard to be contacted . They are not reverting in mails also . I tried calling them continuously for lot of time but they never pick the calls and even if they pick the calls they ask me to wait for some more time.

I want my fund of 16787.47 to be refunded and a compensation of 10000 rs for the hardships they have caused me .They have made me run around them without proper details of the refund
