I had buy a Lenovo A60+ mobile on December 2012 from LalajiOnline (Online shopping). But the touch screen din’t work from May 2013. I had complained to Lenovo with tool free no 1860 180 3425 (SRIN0671306090001). But after a month the service center at Bhadrak of Lenovo returned me the Phone as they don’t had the parts. Every time I call to their Call Enter get assurance that they are going to resolve my issue within a week. Before a week I got a portal to lodge a complaint http://pgportal.gov.in/. After that I received a call from the +91-9831665xxx regarding the lenovo touch screen. He rudely told me not to complain, they won’t support me, also abused me. Told me that the Lenovo smartphones are just use & through phone, just through it away.

I need help & support to impose the 1 lakh INR from Lenovo India for cheating & Abusing.
