Dear Sir I am a citizen of India living in Patahi Block of Dist. East Champaran (Bihar). I have to say that cheques of Indira Awas Yojna beneficiaries have been delivered by Patahi B.D.O. Block of East Champaran (Bihar). But Branch Manager as well as responsible persons of Patahi Branch of your State Bank of India has kept those cheques pending . This type of negligence of duty is normal practice of your branch personnel and they have kept some agents for collection funds from beneficiaries.

Therefore, Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action so that bank personnel can not delay in posting of cheques after this new untested CTS 2010 System has come into effect.
