Dear sir/madam

the service which is dtdc providing in present , it seems realy unreliable.I think dtdc courier does’nt know the meaning of courier. the resion behind of this statement is that, actualy a official consignment (which is very urgent) has sent from chennai on 13-Dec.-11 for delhi, by dtdc courier. it has almost a week gone but we have not received that material yet. I have also talked to dtdc customer care mainy time regarding this issue. but no one is taking serious to this matter. normaly we do’nt axpect this kinds of service & response from dtdc.

so plz do some needful…………
