Please note we have sent parcel through First Flight AWB# B991B1042348 Dtd: 25/03/14 for Banglore-102.Till it is not delivered and the reason given is no such consignee at given address whereas the consignee is present in that office from today morning and right now also he is there.

Even we have given consignees cell number also but the delivery person is not taken effort to call and ask if the address is wrong or right. We have given correct address along with cell number so that the parcel will not get delayed but it seems first flight is not serious about there service.

This is really very disappointing.
