I applied for a new gas connection (Household purpose) in June 2012 with Preethy Bharath Gas Agency, Cherthala Taluk, Alappuzha District, Kerala. But till now I have not received gas connection and not received any notice regarding my application. When the agency is approached they are saying that gas connection will be given immediately. But they are not giving me the connection. When the agency is approached again and again I am getting the same answer.

Another thing is that when new application is submitted with the above agency they are not giving acknowledgement or receipt of application to customers. They are saying that they would not issue receipt or acknowledgement. So there is no proof with me regarding my application

Kindly do the needful to get me the gas connection
