I have purchased a Healthwise policy from Reliance General Insurance few year back(Policy No. is 282550112101). This year the renewal due date of this policy is 3rd June 2009. I got the renewal notice (copy attached) reliance.I called the Reliance office to collect the cheque (no.769974 dated 3rd June 2009 of Allahabad Bank) the person who collected the cheque is Mr.Ankush Agarwal.
I have received the acknowledgement receipt (copy attached) from Religare of the received cheque.
I have not received any renewed policy till date.
In the mean time I spoke several times to Reliance customer care they are saying that the policy has expired due to the nonpayment.
Then i talked to religare officials they are saying that the cheque has lost by the circulation Dept. and they are forcing me to buy new policy with silver plan as the gold plan has stopped by reliance. these person are adviced me not to disclose their names in IRDA
In this matter I talked to
1. Mr. Ankush agarwal(ph no.9717166344 who collected the cheque)
2. Mr Sumit Kapoor (Ph. No.9958157858)
3. Mr.Gaurav Sharma (Ph. No. 9650398491) and many other persons

i have given complaint to irda but no action taken yet
