1. Delay in giving possession : originally booked in Sep 2009 promise to deliver in Dec 2011 ,actually delivered in Jul 2014. 2. No Permanent EB Meter / EB connection & Back Up facility. 3. Original Plan was A,B,C D Block consist of 24 Flats each now extended to EFG by using vacate land promised at the time of possession to be utilized for Park, Jogging track, Children’s Park, Landscape , Now looks very congested. 4. No proper Approach Road, Approach road shown at the time of booking was actually belong to Govt. , alternative approach road is narrow (appx 15ft.) difficult to commute. 5. Though forcefully taken possession, but not habitable, Parking area, road, lobby were not electrified and cleaned on daily basis though we have forced to deposit society/other fees at the time of possession. 6. No concrete action taken to replace Broken Tiles, Unfinished roof,coloring Inside/outside of flats, Installation of Lift, Power Back -Up etc. 7.Good Numbers of flats owned by Builders, rented to bachelors creates unhealthy atmosphere. 8.Electric wires are kept open, anything can happens to any one on any day. 9. 95% of payment released to Developers by Dec 2011 on pretentions of equivalent work completion, however, same was diverted to their other project which leads to delay in completion of project. 10. No regular maintenance of basic utility services.

Mental agony due to unhygienic condition. I have to lift my father in stretcher, as he is not walkable condition, every time to visit doctors as lift is not operational till date. Rs.300000/-
