Mrs. Reshma and Mr. Mayur Kale became a member in Club Mahindra holidays on 13th of March 2009 and the Memership Id is 1452839.
But due to some unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the membership and applied for cancellation on 17th of March 2009. and sent a request to the executives through whom we became a member Vashi branch. The signing amount was paid by credit card HSBC INR 25400/-. As per Club Mahindra Terms and condition the comstomer is enable to get the complete refund with in 30 days of realisation of cancellation if applied with in 10 days.
I telephone call from the CM came to confirm the cancellation on 27 th March. Since that was a credit card payment we wanted to get the refund quickly ( as per your clause with in 30 days from cancellation so ideally by April.) but no body turned around. Meanwhile I made several calls to your customer care no. and they told me it is under process. Then,some how I got the Vashi office no. I tried and requested them to give me the status but nobody bothered and just kept hanging the matter. After several follow up I got a mail saying that they will provide the refund after July 15 ( Almost 3 and half month delay)
