I would like to inform you that I am Arabinda Malakar, a customer of your reputed company.Due to malfunction of my Spice M-4580 and it’s charger, I had deposited both (JOB No.25741 and 25921) to Billenium Sales and Service (P) Ltd, the only sales service center in Kolkata for repairing. But this particular service center is harassing me regularly by delaying to deliver my cell, which is under the warranty period.Everything has a limit.But Billenium is not bother about delivering it timely.
Now-a-days mobile is one of the most important part in our daily life. Already about 1 month has gone.But there is no sign of getting it repaired!
After sales service is regarded as one of the most important features to became a house hold name among the consumers.But the way your company is providing after sales service in the metro city like Kolkata, It’s really shameful and frustrating. Now I have doubt what kind of service are you giving at small cities around the country. Are you trying to expand your business by providing this kind of lowest quality service?
I would be happy if you deliver my cell and it’s charger at earliest. Otherwise I will be compelled to lodge a complain against your company to Consumer Forum concerned.
