We ‘ve applied for a Maruti Alto STD. on a special offer provided by Popular Auomobiles(Kochi-Mamangalam) in exchange with our old maruti car(1997 model). Dealer Representatives(Manikkuttan-Team Leader & Rakesh-Executive) agreed to us that they can provide us a Black Maruti Alto STD as per our demand after all of their payment receipts.Considering that word we sold our car to them for exchange benefit. Now our loans has got ready but they are not taking the payment from bank as we are adament on the colour of the car and they are not able to dliver. They are cheating us by taking booking amount and our old car price since last month. We are still requesting them to deliver a black Alto STD as per the deal or our old car back.
