My name is Smt A.Kalavathi and my electricity meter service no. is 160116425,h.no.sai krishna colony,H.No. 20-46/17,Peerzadiguda,Hyderabad.my home is locked and the billing person has billed electricity for about 249 units but actual units were only 85 this resulted in change of slab rates and resulted in excess bill.

bill has to be generated for actual units consumed instead of assumed units.
