The above service provider has sent us a bill of rs.5790/- which can not be acceptable at all. From Sept 2013 they are charging bill on their guess. the boy who takes reading always come n take a photo of the meter but when we check the bill no photo can be displays neither the units has been mentioned still they are charging unnecessary bill..we are having a TV , FRIDGE ,Tubelite, fan etc.so you can just imagine how much electricity can be by these appliances..still they charged 2500 units costing us around 6000 for a month. When we complaint about this in their office the straight way rejected to hear anything.. Now you are the only hope for us as we are common people and you guy needs to address this issue.. please help us
