Sir/Madam, we are getting very huge amounts of electricity bills from 7-8 months .However our Electricity consumption is not very high .our electricity meter may be very fast.I had complained earlier to BSES for meter replacement or meter testing but no action has been taken so far.Also BSES has increased the sanction load without my consent and we are getting the charges of that every month in the bill. The meter should be replaced as soon as possible and the amount should be refunded which we had paid in the bills or adjusted in the subsequent bills.
