Respected sir, my service no. is: 42435205-53-35-523616 PIPLYAHANA connection person : Avinash chandra bihari gour IVRS no.: 42435205523616 Due to some departmental mistake the mppkvvcl sent me an electricity bill of Rs. 17651 last month, i file a complain against this bill, on behalf of that the officer in-charge told me that my connection is not listed in there record but its not my fault at all. from past 19 month m living in my house and paying my electricity bill on time, my normal bill costs around 500-700 Rs. but last month suddenly they send me a bill of 17000 Rs. approx. after complaining they told me that we will check the whole matter and will give you the correct bill next month, but now this month also my bill is 18000 Rs. approx. that is 300 Rs. for this month, that is okey but in addition with that they give me bill including the last month amount also, which is not at all accurate. I think this all is happen due to there departmental mistakes and also due to some corrupt peoples who does not do there jobs properly, and at the end they put all there faults on customers. paying such a huge amount is not possible for any middle class person. i request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible. thanking you. yours faithfully Harshit saxena cell. no. 8817536322
