I am a resident of East delhi and living in Shahdara Area at Bhola Nath Nagar, Shalimar Park. There are power cuts without any notification. Whensoever there are rains they cut power for long time or if there are no rains than also there were long power cuts in some of the phases.

We are not able to understand about the power cuts timings and we are having difficulty in doing that things which is electrical based. Kids in the home finds this uneasy situation as there are no fans and inverter also gone done.

The electricity board should have some responsibility of telling or informing about the power cuts and they should do like the system like in America.
