I (Sumitra devi) had made a complaint at the office of NDPL, (Tatapower-ddl Tatapower-ddl House, Hudson Lines Kingsway Camp Delhi-110 009 Ph: 011 66112222 Ph: 011 66112256) regarding fast running of meter CA no. 60009585831 and also deposited an amount of Rs. 50/- for the same. Further NDPL generated my complaint no. as 200499299 on 03-06-2013 & told that within a week the complaint will be resolved. But till today i.e 04-07-2013 neither any intimation has been received from NDPL and when I called them asked the status they said we have send the executive and he found meter seal was broken. I have personal have verified the my meter seal is in ok position. Still I am getting more than amount of electricity bill from my actual consumption.
