Hi there, I Dhiraj Gosain, CA No. 103410881 would like to raise one complaint against your department where they’ve charged 2446.30 INR towards above CA number. Actually, they’ve replaced supply line wire from pole into our meter and due to this entire meter have been burnt. Then I’ve approached to your customer care center to rectify this problem as earliest and they had taken sealed meter from home to replace it. After 4 days they had replaced new meter at my home but still they haven’t tagged wire properly into this meter despite I had forced them to work properly. Recently, I got my current bill where you’ve charged 2446.30 INR into my bill. Then I went to your customer care center at C-4E Janak Puri (adjacent with Arya Samaj Mandir) to waive off this amount and discussed this issue with your executive at room number 103 (1st Floor) to sort out this issue. And your executive response was very unprofessional and threatens me to go to anywhere as nobody can help you. So, I would like to raise this issue in your notice where your lab report states that terminals in meter got fired with sealed meter then why should I bear above amount by my own. Finally, I’m requesting to you to levy this amount from my bill and take proper action for my complaint. And send your technician again to fix proper wiring into new meter which your department has put last month.
Unnecessary arrear for faulty meter BSES has put on me which I’ve already paid during previous meter.
New arrear should be leived immediately as I’ve already paid this amount during my previous meter installation. Faulty meter needs to be replaced by BSES itself without any charge as it’s manufacturing defect.
