I joined the company last year but due to bad company working environment i have to resign within 5 months. It was mentioned in notice period that i have to serve 1 month notice or to give 1 month salary to them.But earlier my colleague had followed the same procedure but he didn’t even get the salary for the notice period he served. So, i just decided to pay them 1 month salary instead of serving notice period . During the time of joining, they also asked me to sign a 2 year service bond failing which i have to give that them two month salary. But company environment is so bad that it was difficult for me to serve two year,,,,i am employee with just rs.15,000 salary , how am i going to pay them 45,000 they are asking. They are constantly calling me, emailing me to pay the dues else they will destroy my future and even file a legal case. I want help for the same.
