Sir/ma’am, On 26th April,2015 i was making online payment for my application form of Delhi University.Due to some technical error i could not complete the payment because the transaction got failed but the application fee of Rs.500 was deducted from my account(20022883627).The issue is the money was deducted from my account but did not reach to the University as the payment page was showing my fee unpaid even on next day.I made the same complain online to sbi website with ticket no.PG429218182412 but the response was not satisfactory. I request you to refund the unfairly deducted amount of Rs.500.Transaction id-(POS 042611743534)s

Rs.500 is the economic damage as the amount has not been refunded yet.
