I HAVE ALREAEDY WRITTEN MY COMPLAIN. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY DELL COMPANY. WHEN I PURCHASED DELL, I WAS PROMISED BY DELL PERSON THAT DELL COMPANY GIVES SERVICES AT HOME. HOWEVER, WHEN I MY ADPATER PIN WAS GOT BROKEN , I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMER CARE OF DELL . I HAVE GOT MANY PROMISES FROM THEM. BUT THEY HAVE NOT SEND ME ANY QOTATION. I HAVE FOUND THAT MANY DELL LAPTOP OWNERS HAVE THIS KIND OF COMPLAIN AGAINST DELL. I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO TAKE THIS CASE TO END. I WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO STOP DELL COMPANY TO LURE CUSTOMERS ON FALSE PRETEXT.
