I have been duped by the dealer as they sold me a used laptop pretending it to be a new one. The speaker is not working, and when i got a technician from dell support came he declared that this laptop was sold to someone else before and a complaint was registered for the same problem by the earlier owner. I have paid the price for a brand new laptop and they are adamant about not replacing it. The technician also verified this further as he found lot of dust inside the laptop and a screw missing. The complaint no. 887179559 registered by the old owner. when i asked him for the replacement, he demanded another 2000 rupees for a replacement. For which he is not ready to give me any receipt.

I want immediate replacement of the laptop and seek compensation for the harassment and expenses I had to suffer because of that. i request immediate action as my work is suffering.
