Purchased a Dell Studio 1555 model 4 yrs back and ever since the purchase I have been facing constant issues with the product. Reported it several times to the Customer Care department. They replace parts but the same problem persist and it has been 4 years now but the issue has never been fully resolved. They simply provide repaired sub-standard parts and try to fix the issue but again it comes up within days at times. Repeated pleas to replace the product from the first time the issue started cropping up had been refused by the company.
I would prefer if the Company refund me the entire cost of the product which is around Rs 58,000. In addition they pay the cost to mental harassment and product fault.
