Dell India Pvt Ltd – Not providing replacement or repair of laptop

i vikram kumar belongs to banking sector serving in bhuj gujrat. i have purchased dell laptop model no.-dell inspiron 15-3521 on 08/04/13 fromm samriddhi commercial centre patna(bihar) .accidentally my laptop was damaged then after i have lodge complaint telephonically to costumer centre whose complaint/no. is 883200114.after that they have suggested me to take yr laptop to nearest service centre have taken it to service centre ahmedabad gujrat.but they have refused to accept it for further repair or course of action,even it is under accidental warranty of the company.then again i have consulted with dell tech. support officer,but no any satisfactory reply received.it is under full accidental warranty but even after that they are not providing any assistance to me.

i need proper assistance from dell as my laptop is under accidental warranty,so it is dell’s responsibility to either replace or repair it.
