Respected Sir, I am using Dell Inspiron 15 R(5520) laptop.But my laptop charger was not working therefore I visited at Cyberage Multimedia H.O 110 New Lawrence Road Opposite BBK DAV College for Women Amritsar on 15/07/2013.They check the charger and say that the wires of charger was disconnected due to this charger was not working and says that left your charger on shop they repair it and you collect the charger next day.On next day I called them but they says that your charger is not repaired and ask me to collect it next day.Thus they kept my charger for a week.After a week they says that your charger was not repaired it damaged and force me to buy new charger which cost Rs.1800.Before I submit my charger to shop only wires are disconnected and light of charger is also be working.But when I received my charger after a week it in damaged condition the component box of charger is broken and charger light was also be not working.I also checked my charger from other shop they says that internal parts of charger are missing.I called Meenaskshi Tickoo of Cyberage Multimedia at 9855229999 about this but she that no parts were theft and they unable to take any action.Due to the negligence of Cyberage Multimedia my charger was damaged and they are responsible for that.I am unable to charge my laptop.I requested you kindly look up the matter and do needful as soon as possible.I shall be very thankful to you for your help.

Make my charger working or pay the cost of DELL original charger.
