I had given my dell studio 1535 laptop to the Computer Point service center for undertaking a minor power supply issue. The person (Mr. Ganesh Gunjal) without any intimation from myself opened the laptop and had permanently damaged it. Now I am unable to use the laptop as it is completely dead. I asked him to get the replacement done from the authorized dell service center but he refused to make the payments and is withdrawing his hands of this issue.
The laptop was working when I submitted it to the Computer Point Service center but when I reached down to collect the laptop it was completely dead and in a very bad shape(along with physical damage).
I seek appropriate compensation as it was a premium class laptop and now I have to take all the pains to get it repaired. I even don’t know whether this laptop will run or not as the manufacturer has discontinued this model.
