I AHVE PURCHASED A DELL VOSTRO LAPTOP 1510. MY LAPTOP ADAPTER PIN GOT BROKEN SOME HOW. I MADE MANY CALLS TO DELL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER: 18004258045. I HAVE GOT MANY TIMES NEW E-MAIL ID TO SEND COMPLAIN FOR QUOTATION. I AHVE SEND MANY MAILS TO THEM ALSO. EARLIER I RECEIVED NO MAIL FROM THEM, I RECEIVED ONE MAIL FROM GAYATRI BOPATRA GOH. I GOT INFORMATION THAT ADAPTER IS OUT OF STOCK, IT WILL REACH TO THEM IN 5-6 WEEKS. I WAITED FOR 5-6 WEEKS. AGAIN I STARTED MAIKING CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER.THEY PROMISED TO ME SEND QUOTATION WITHIN ON 22ND OCTOBER. WHEN I CHECKED MY AMIL AFTER 3 HOURS ,I RECEIVED NO MAIL FROM THEM. AGAIN I CONTACTED. I GOT PROMISE THAT I WILL BE GETTING QUOTAION BY MONDAY. I RECEIVED NO MAIL ON 26TH OCTOBER. I SEND MAIL TO AGAIN gayatri_bopatra_goh@dell.com. I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION REGARDING READING THE MAIL BUT I RECEIVED NO REPLY FROM THAT MAIL. I AM BEING HARASSED BY DELL.
