I have been calling my father at 079-2546525X this phone is not working since 3 days. He is 86 yr old and in case medical emergency to him he will have no contact repair in 60 minutes Now.

Why is BSNL Service becoming So Horrible, that too being a Monopoly in Landline Services. Isn’t their any Service Guarantee or are we expecting too much from a oversized, overpaid and under worked company like BSNL ?

Open the Vast BSNL Copper Network for private players so that their is Service Level Guarantee at the customer premises.
