HDFC bank has charging the demate account while I have not operated the account.the account are being maintained for getting the credit of shares sent for demate(200 usha ispat),which could not be demated due to fault of bank.as per business rule of NDSL,participant(hdfc bank) can close the account for remaining secuities except for the holding pending for demate.Bank have charged from me since its jan 2010,which is against the natural justice and law.

I want a refund of the charges recovered from me besides the Rs 5000/- + the Rs 10000/- (mental agony)
