Demo card in place of lost card

Dear Sir,

I would like to introduce myself Jayakumar.R your customer since more than 3 years and my Cell No is 9974221728. When I have applied for the above Number I have submitted all the documentary proofs regarding identity and address at one of your Vapi (Gujarat) outlet.

Now unfortunately my mobile with above simcard has been lost. After the incident I have approached your Ankleshwar (Gujarat) outlet to obtain a Demo card with same number. But the persons there informed me that you are not eligible for a demo card and we have no proof from your side. They are saying that this card is not belonged to me and they will enquire the same within 7 days.

My question now is that how can Airtel issue a simcard to me with out documents since 3 years back?. Whenever some contacts established with your customer care more than 1000 times they have asked for my identity and I have given the same to get the answers.

At the present moment also I am having trust with Airtel and I have taken a new simcard for temporary contact only (New number is 9898919816).Hence my all old contacts may be discontinuous through this new number.

After doing all these exercises let me know the fate of my old number 9974221728.

Hope you will do a thorough enquiry about the above and reply me back as soon as possible.
