I got DEN set top box installed in Dec., 12 in Delhi. Subsequently, I shifted to Shalimar Garden, Gzbd., UP. My cable services were continued using the said Set Top Box. But after availing the service for near one month, the STB got deactivated and a message is shown as ‘You are not authorized to view this Channel’. Thereafter, on contacting the cable operator, he did not help me. I contacted DEN customer care no. 18004192020 on 21.5.2013 and faxed the customer activation form alongwith ID, but I got no relief even after the expiry of 1 month. I want my Set Top Box to be reactivated as soon as possible.
