APL Ration cards were issued to displaced Kashmiri pandit families after 22 years following their ousting from Kashmir but ration on payment is still not being given to a handsome number of families. Same ration can be purchased from Govt ration depots and in open market at Rs. 15 to 20 per KG. Do not be surprised to know that ration (Rice) is available at Rs. 10/= throughout Kashmir valley without ration cards and without limit and police has seized truck loads of ration including Rice, sugar and Aata (flour) and it will continue in future also only when there is a dispute in share of loot. (if news in local dailies is any indication) so please advise ur seniors not to befool aam aadmi. Is being a hindu in this country really a sin?
